Once upon a time, in summer 2010, two magic women met who’s tools to work were needles and yarns.
One of them was Andrea, a fairy-good witch from the north who use to fly over the Canary Islands and to dance with her broom on volcano rocks on Lanzarote.
The other one was Rosalia, a kind apprentice fairy who lives nearby Catalan magic mountains Montserrat and who often fly down to Barcelona to do her magic influences and to get the necessary ingredients for her fairy-wowen-tales.
The inscrutable force of destiny wanted to meet both in cyberspace Ravelry. And it was then and there where they decided to put their force together and to try some fairy-witch-nice magic to become true. Jane Thornley and her summer vacation Kal gave the platform and reason to search for inspirations. Beautiful landscapes
passed their minds, Spanish Islands and catalan Artists.
Fairy and witch, witch and fairy, both took their needles and, abrakadabra, magic came to happen. Kind fairy Rosalia materialized Spanish architect Gaudí’s “Güell Park”in an a beautiful scarf, and sweet witch Andrea showed the volcanic landscape of Lanzarote’s firemountains in a sweater.

And there and then their friendship began.
Later on a swap took place. Little gifts of magic wowen things plenty of healing happiness crossed the ocean from here to there and from there to here. And if both keep on living and laughing and doing magic whenever they can this tale is

Érase una vez, en el verano de 2010, que dos mujeres se conocieron a través de la magia que les daban sus agujas e hilos.
Una de ellas era Andrea, una bruja buena del Norte , de las de los cuentos, que solía y suele volar sobre las Islas Canarias y bailar con su escoba sobre las rocas del volcán de Lanzarote.
La otra era Rosalía, un hada aprendiz que vive desde hace muchísimo tiempo cerca de las montañas mágicas de Montserrat y que a menudo vuela a Barcelona para conseguir los ingredientes necesarios para sus inventos.
La fuerza del destino fue tan fuerte que hizo que se conocieran en el ciberespacio de ravelry.
Fue entonces y allí donde decidieron poner su fuerza en conjunto y trataron de hacer un poco de magia de las de los cuentos de brujas y hadas y convirtieron cosas nuevas que solo estaban en su imaginación en realidad. Jane Thornley y su Kal de vacaciones de verano fue la plataforma. Buscaron en sus paisajes la inspiración: islas españolas y artistas catalanes.
Hada y bruja, bruja y hada tomaron sus agujas y, Abrakadabra, la magia tuvo lugar. La de Rosalía se materializó inspirada en la obra del arquitecto español Gaudí- Parque Güell- convirtiéndose en una estola –chal de verano.
La dulce bruja Andrea mostró el volcánico paisaje de Lanzarote – Tierra del Fuego- en un suéter.

Y allí mismo comenzó su amistad.
Más tarde, empezaron los intercambios. Pequeños regalos de magia y para la magia, cosas para ser más felices, vamos, la felicidad cruzando el océano de aquí para allá y de allá para aquí. Y mientras tanto a seguir viviendo, riendo y haciendo magia cada vez en que haya ocasión. Y esta historia continúa en la actualidad.

Hola Rosalia, feia un munt de dies que no em passava pel teu blog i m'has deixat amb la boca oberta. Ja fa dies que havia arribat a la conclusió que ets una teixidora formidable pero ara he de dir que ets una autèntica artista. El teu treball cada vegada és més artístic!
